Ranibow Sprimkle

On Sunday my friend was over so we used my Pizza Hut points to get a free large pizza to scarf down while we played videogames. We decided to play some Minecraft on PS4. I promptly named our new world "Gaytopia" and for the seed we joked around and settled on Ranibow Sprimkle...

Ranibow Sprimkle is the BEST seed we've ever put. We spawned right near a large open cave with waterfalls and lava inside that we immediately decided to explore. We dug down into it and did a little strip mining for diamonds. We found enough for two diamond pick axes in like 20 mins. Awesome.

After finding that initial diamond we got tired of being mole ppl so I started making a staircase upwards and popped out right in a village! We promptly raided it. Then ofc I was killed by something or other when looking for a nice spot to start building a house, but when I respawned I was on top of a tree and there was a huge castle right in front of me! We travelled over to it and looted that too (after killing a bunch of pillagers that were already there lol). We decided castles are way too big to actually live in, so we just set up a base in the main entryway and sealed off the stairs and hallways. Occasionally, we would go and raid the other parts of the castle we weren't using for wood, and rails, and ladders lol.

Since we had enough diamond for a couple pick axes I suggested we try to go to the Nether. We had actually never been there ourselves, but we saw Kevin go in one of his videos so we wanted to try for once lol. I went mining while she worked on the house. I immediately fell into a hole, decided to just keep digging down to Y12, but then fell into a room right in front of a door! Turns out it was one of those abandoned dungeon places with a freaking End Portal in it lol. We looked around in there and stole books before digging out of it and came across a lot of lava.

From there I found obsidian right away. Gathered just enough blocks to make an economical portal. Lit it up and we went to the Nether! We collected any and all blocks we could before heading back to prepare for a second round later. (We want to make a house out of soul blocks with the cute texture pack on lol.)

In our first foray mining we had found so much redstone that I decided to try to make a redstone machine to chop watermelons for us. So I spent like an hour trying to figure out how to make my very first redstone machine. My friend went off to kill slimes to make a bouncy room in the castle while I cried over not understanding science lol. I eventually got the little watermelon chopper to work and were both stoked. Then we decided to call it quits because it was getting late.

But that was the most productive, funnest, and exciting session of Minecraft we have ever played. We did so much compared to all our other times playing. Even that time we completely leveled a mountain to make our own Mt. Olympus home lol. It was really awesome.
